Join our team as our Business Manager
Home based or office in West Yorkshire as arranged
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 pro rata
Hours of work: 22½ hours a week
We are looking for an Office / Business Manager to join our small but growing organisation:
• To provide a comprehensive finance and administrative service to the organisation as it develops, contributing to the establishment of sound processes that will help deliver a national Network for member areas and customers.
• Supporting the CEO, other staff and volunteers, and the Board of Directors, working as a team to ensure that a high standard of service is provided at all times demonstrating the Network’s values in action.
The Local Area Coordination Network is the England and Wales Network for the development, and implementation of Local Area Coordination. We work with the (currently) 13 sites implementing Local Area Coordination as part of their work with local people and communities.
Local Area Coordination is an innovative approach to supporting disabled people, those living with mental health needs and older people (and their families/carers) to achieve their vision for a good life, to support people to be part of and contribute to their communities and to strengthen the capacity of communities to welcome and include people.
The Network, working in partnership with other organisations and people with specific experience exists to support the strategic and operational development of Local Area Coordination as well as helping share the learning to influence policy and practice.
